Shipping & Returns

Please allow (2) two business days for order processing. Your order will be shipped with tracking via USPS Standard or Expedited service in the US. Handling times can vary depending on seasonal order loads, weekends, and holidays.

At Jaywalk Creative, we know we make awesome products and are proud of it. But, if you happen to disagree, we have a no-hassle return policy to take back your purchase. We give you (30) thirty days from your date of purchase to return your items. Unfortunately, if (30) thirty days have passed since your purchase date, we will be unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we have received your return, we will notify you via email that your return has been received and is undergoing inspection. We will then send you a second email to inform you whether or not your return has been approved and a refund has been issued.

Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment and will post to your account within (30) thirty days.

If you do not see your refund hit your account right away, don’t panic! Prior to contacting us we ask that you:

  • Allow some time for the refund to be posted back to your account.
  • Double check your bank or credit card account.
  • Contact bank or your credit card company as it takes several days for a processed credit to be posted to your account.

If you have taken the above steps and still have concerns, please contact us at support@jaywalkcreative.com and we will work with you until your concerns are resolved.


Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
