ORDER NOT YET FULFILLED
Important: We ship some orders same-day so you should attempt to cancel ASAP.
You may cancel an order at any time if your order hasn't yet been fulfilled. Please reply to your order confirmation email with your intention to cancel and we will attempt to remove your order from the supply chain. Alternatively, send an email along with your order number to support@sidestep.net.au from the same address connected to your order.
If you cancel after we are reasonably able to stop the shipment, you may need to go through the return process. Contact our team to guide you through the options.
I'VE CHANGED MY MIND!
We want you to love your purchase and we stand behind the quality of our products, which is why we offer our Satisfaction Guarantee. Simply put, love your first pair or your money back. Contact our customer support team at support@sidestep.net.au to initiate the return process. Please note this only applies to your first purchase.
I BOUGHT THE WRONG SIZE!
If you've purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange it, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at support@sidestep.net.au within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process. Please note the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Include your order number and the correct size you would like to exchange for in your email.

Wait for us to receive your returned item and we will send you the correct size free of charge.
YOU SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE!
Oops, this shouldn't happen. If we ever send you the wrong size please contact us for instructions on how to get the right size, completely free.
IT ARRIVED DAMAGED!
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product that is not reasonably repairable, please request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. You are not required to return the damaged item to us, but you will need to provide evidence of the damage. Replacements will be issued case-by-case at our discretion.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
